About Rozper

Building the last comms platform you'll ever buy.

Rozper is built on the idea that voice, video, messaging, contact center, and AI belong on one carrier-grade network — not stitched together from five vendors and a Zapier subscription.

Why we built Rozper

The comms stack was broken. Nobody had fixed it from the carrier up.

Teams that run voice at scale often end up with a separate vendor, dashboard, and bill for the carrier, the phone system, the contact center, and AI. Rozper brings those pieces together.

The market told us the answer was a “CPaaS” — an API for the carrier you couldn't see, a contact center you still had to bolt on, an AI layer rented from yet another vendor. Three boxes. Three contracts. Three places where something could break and nobody owned it.

We took the other path. We built our own carrier interconnects first, then the UCaaS layer on top, then the contact center, then the AI. One platform. One bill. One pager who answers the phone at 3am.

That idea still holds. Rozper brings voice, video, messaging, contact center, and AI together for teams of every size — from small startups answering their first call with an AI receptionist to larger contact centers.

How we work

Four principles. Pinned to every wall.

They aren't aspirational, they're operational. Every roadmap review starts by checking the next quarter against this list.

Principle 01

Carrier-grade or it doesn't ship.

Every line of code in Rozper has to survive an Atlanta thunderstorm and a Tokyo undersea-cable cut. If it can't, it stays on the branch.

Principle 02

Latency is a feature.

Faster trumps fancier. We measure round-trip time in milliseconds because our customers' agents do — and so do their customers.

Principle 03

One platform. No silos.

We refuse to ship a feature that requires a second login, a second invoice, or a second vendor to answer the support ticket. That's the whole point.

Principle 04

Show, don't sell.

The product is the demo. The demo is the trial. The trial is the contract. We'd rather you spin up a sandbox at 11pm than book a 30-minute deck.

No deck. No SDR phone tree. A solutions engineer who has read the docs, can architect your stack, and can quote your contract live.
